2022 Annual Meeting
The Mind of the Analyst: Perspectives on Process and Theory
April 29 - May 1, 2022
Virtual Event
The 2022 annual conference will bring together traditional and contemporary perspectives on analytic work with children and adolescents. The four clinical workshops and the plenary session will focus on the inner workings of both patient's and analyst's minds from moment to moment, and on conscious and unconscious aspects of the analytic process. In addition, the weekend will include panels on clinical and theoretical considerations associated with emerging adulthood, and on analytic considerations brought up by experiences with online analytic treatment with children and adolescents in the context of the coronavirus situation. The Marianne Kris featured lecture will address the role of interpretation in child and adolescent psychoanalysis.
The online Annual Meeting is open to members and includes three days of workshops, panel presentations, breakout groups, special lectures, and sessions for Candidate members. CE credits are available.
Non-members are welcome to join and then register for the Annual Meeting.
